A defining chapter of his tenure has been the ground-up relaunch of Jolt Cola, the iconic 1980s energy brand. Ryan led the strategic re-positioning of Jolt for a modern consumer, transforming it from a legacy name into a performance-oriented energy drink that balances nostalgia, credibility, and contemporary category competition. The relaunch required full brand reconstruction, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and retail readiness from zero.
